MADISON COUNTY

There will be a bus going from Madison County to the "UNITE FOR OUR RIGHTS" rally being held February 28th, in the Well of the Legislative Office Building, Albany, NY. This bus is in addition to ones from various other counties surrounding us, and hopefully be more convenient for many of you. Cost is anticipated to be around $20 per person.

The bus will depart the Tractor Supply parking lot in Hamilton at 6:30 AM, travel to Oneida and do another stop/pick up at the Oneida Glenwood Plaza (near Herb Phillipson's) at approximately 7 AM, and proceed to Albany via the thruway. The $20 fee should take care bus costs if the bus is filled. Contact person is Ned Lamb (315-691-5521). He will need your reservation/commitment/payment prior to the meeting of the Affiliated Conservation Clubs of Madison Co. Inc. meeting on 7 PM, Tuesday, Feb. 19th, hosted by the Chittenango C.C. on Gee Rd. You will be able to set that process up with him. Madison Co. Chapters could also collect money and make arrangements with Ned to pay at that meeting (bus needs to be reserved before that date).

Anyone that may be switching buses, please make sure to cancel your original reservation so we don't save you a seat that someone else could take advantage of.

OSWEGO AND ONONDAGA COUNTIES

Oswego and Onondaga County Federation's of Sportsmen's Clubs are sponsoring Bus(es) to the February 28th New York State Rifle and Pistol Association Rally and Lobby Day in Albany.

The schedule is as follows.

Bus will depart Tractor Supply in Pulaski at 5:45 am
It will stop at Gander Mountain Cicero with departure scheduled for 6:30 am
The buss will leave Albany for the return trip at approximately 2 pm.

We now have 2 full buses and are working on filling a third. With this we are adding a pickup point at the Sam's Club on Erie Blvd Dewitt.
If you would like to change your pickup from Gander Mountain to Dewitt please reply with tat request. We will try and accomodate everyone that is alread signed up/ Please make your intentions known asap as we continue to get new requests all day long.

The price for the trip is $25 each person.
Individuals unable to make the trip and Sportsmen Clubs are encouraged to make donations to this trip. All money collected above the cost of the bus(es) will be donated to the legal actions that are being filed to overturn the NY SAFE ACT.

Seating availability is on a first come first serve basis so please make sure you get your reservation in early. I will be taking additional requests for seats and when we have sufficient numbers to justify a second (or third) bus we will make those arrangements and those on the waiting list will be notified.

Checks can be made out to Oswego County Federation of Sportsmen's Clubs and mailed to me at the address below.

I have been getting requests from people what they need to do to pay for the ride. Because there are so many people we are asking that payment be sent prior to the 28th for a couple of reasons. It will be hard to collect from everyone on the bus and we don't want to delay departure, secondly, someone will be responsible for a lot of money and checks walking around all day. Thus we ask that you make a check payable to "Oswego County Federation of Sportsmen Clubs" and mail it to me at the address below. I will mark you paid on the bus sheet so the people checking you in know who is prepaid.

There is a lot of logistics behind the scenes for these buses and your understanding and cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.

For those of you that have already done this I appreciate your effort, it is easier to send everything to everyone on the list than it is to sort the list.
